Michelle Fremuth is the founder and principal consultant of Organizational Excellence Consulting, LLC. With nearly 15 years of experience driving transformative change in organizations across industries and of all sizes, she is passionate about helping businesses unlock their full potential. Her expertise spans Lean Six Sigma, Agile frameworks, Design Thinking, change and knowledge management, and strategic planning—tools she uses to tailor solutions that solve complex problems and create lasting impact.

Michelle first fell in love with continuous improvement and business excellence during her undergraduate education in industrial & systems engineering. Since then she has had the privilege of leading operational excellence transformations and initiatives in roles ranging from COO of the ed-tech nonprofit Cloud100, to Head of Operational Excellence at Coursera, to Global Master Black Belt at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and more. These experiences have honed Michelle’s ability to blend data-driven strategies with human-centered leadership to deliver measurable results, from cutting operational costs to scaling processes efficiently. She has also received a STEM MBA focused on Business Analytics from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon, where she graduated with university honors.

Michelle founded Organizational Excellence Consulting to empower businesses with the strategies, tools, and guidance needed to thrive in an ever-changing world. Whether it’s transforming processes, coaching leaders, or implementing sustainable systems, her goal is to partner with clients to create value and build cultures of continuous improvement.

When she’s not consulting, you’ll find Michelle enjoying dance and aerial arts, exploring new ideas in organizational behavior and continuous improvement, or volunteering with nonprofits that drive positive community impact. She is excited to work together to create excellence in your organization!
